Travel Creator Brief

We make coordinating travelwear for parents and young kids. We send you pieces, you wear them on a trip you're already taking, and we share what you shoot. That's the whole idea.

The deal

What this is

Low-lift for you, real on-location content for us.

You get

  • A set of pieces to keep — the vest, a hat, sunglasses, a mat or scarf, sized for you and your kid.
  • Creative freedom. Shoot it the way you shoot everything else.
  • A flat fee on paid collabs (we'll say which up front).

We ask

  • A handful of photos and a reel or two from the trip.
  • The right to repost and to run the best frames as ads (details below).
  • A clear "gifted" or "paid partnership" tag, per FTC rules.
Who we're looking for

The fit

If most of these sound like you, we'd love to talk.

The shots

What to capture

Loose guide, not a shot-by-shot script. The point is real moments, shot consistently.

The vibe

  • Natural light only — morning or golden hour. No harsh midday sun, no flash.
  • Vertical first (9:16) for reels and stories, plus a few horizontal.
  • Fabric softly rumpled, kids loose in the frame. Never stiff or posed.
  • Parent + kid in the same palette — coordinating, not matching.
  • Leave a little empty space in some frames so we can add text for ads.

The moments

  • The morning — coffee on the balcony, the walk to breakfast.
  • The park or courtyard between gelato and dinner. The mat goes down.
  • The vest layered on a cool morning; the hat on the kid in the sun.
  • One full-length, one closer 3/4, one detail (fabric, zip, brim).
  • One over-the-shoulder or from-behind option — great if you'd rather not show faces.

Rights & logistics checklist

We confirm these in writing so everyone's clear. Keeps it simple later.

Usage & rights

  • Usage license: we can repost organically and run frames as paid/partnership ads.
  • Term: 12 months for ads; ongoing on our own channels.
  • Light exclusivity only — no competing kids-travelwear post within 2 weeks either side.
  • We may lightly crop, color-match, and add text; no changes that misrepresent.
  • Disclosure: "gifted" or "paid partnership" clearly shown, not buried in hashtags.

Logistics & releases

  • Deliverables + rough timeline (e.g., 8–12 photos, 1–2 reels, within 2 weeks of the trip).
  • Sizes for you and your kid, shipping address, trip dates.
  • You confirm consent for anyone identifiable in frame (your kids included).
  • No copyrighted music on anything we might run as an ad.
  • How you'd like to be credited.
The look, in one screen

Do / don't

Yes

Morning light, linen, a tiled courtyard, a real mess of a picnic.

Coordinated tones across the family.

"We just threw this on" energy.

No

Studio lighting, stiff poses, hard midday sun.

Head-to-toe matching outfits.

Bright primaries, character prints, heavy filters.
